How to promote your Christian tour

You will no doubt have a nucleus of people from your parish who are keen to join your tour.

We provide attractive, personalised brochures setting out your itinerary, together with booking forms. If you are happy to open your group to others we will publicise your tour on our website, at exhibitions and through general advertising. Bookings as a result will, of course, qualify towards your free places.

You may like to use our DVD and other promotional material such as maps and regional information booklets. These are supplied free of charge for your pilgrimage or tour.

How does the tour run?

When possible we will meet you and your group at the departure airport and assist with the check in procedures. On arrival at your destination airport our Representative will meet your group and transfer you to the waiting coach. Your guide will also come to meet you at the airport and will accompany you throughout your tour.

Your guide plays an important part in the success of your tour and will work closely with you. He/she will give the historical background at the various sites you visit and will hand over to you to lead your group in a time of devotion; reading the appropriate scriptures, prayers or in song. It is entirely your decision how you fill this time.

You also have the backup of our Agent, based locally, who will come and visit you to make sure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions you may have.

How we help

We take care of all the administration and keep you updated with the progress of your group.

For those people with computer access we have a convenient secure online booking and payment system. Bookings are confirmed by return, final invoices sent out 12 weeks before departure and final wallets, along with detailed flight and other useful information are sent out 2-3 weeks before travel. You may also like us to include a personal welcome letter.

Where individuals require visas for travel, we will provide a letter for the Embassy.
