The Word comes Alive a wonderful tour to the Holy Land

Led by Bob Lillyman and Brian Fisher

Sunday 6th - Wednesday 16th September 2020

The Word comes Alive.

Visiting the lands of the Bible is an opportunity to grow in understanding and to experience a deeper relationship with Our Father in the land which he called ‘my land’ (Lev 25:23).

Walking in the “steps of Jesus” enables us to understand in a very dynamic way the truths of the scripture. We invite you to come and join us on a journey on which we will look to meet with the triune God who loves us more than we will ever know. The tour will be a very special tour as in addition to the more popular sites we also plan to include a number of lesser visited sites that are also of great biblical significance and interest.

Our group leaders: Bob Lillyman and Brian Fisher, have led many groups through the covenant land of the bible. Bob, following a career in the police force and senior University lecturer, has a ministry around the U.K. and has spoken at conferences and churches in India, Africa and the Philippines. Along with his wife Jenny they are based in Tenbury Wells and have two married sons.

Brian’s career combined a pastoral and teaching ministry in Shropshire, alongside a professional photographic business. Today his ministry in rural Shropshire (Pontesbury) includes a number of community bridge building activities. Like Bob, Brian is supported by an able family cast, Kathryn, and three sons. Both Bob and Brian have a selection of grandchildren.

Bob and Brian have a passion to share the love of God, and their experiences of ministry at the Garden Tomb as guides have given them a heightened sense of His grace in abundance.

There is much to learn from Bob and Brian that we hope and pray will deepen your walk with our Father God.

“We will be praying for “meetings” in unexpected places and hope you will join us”

Testimonials

“The trip to the Holy Land was an exciting time of learning, travelling and fellowship. The tour guide exceeded expectations and gave new insights in to the Word of God, which was made a lot clearer when we understood more of our Jewish roots. The Bible seems more relevant now and it’s becoming more important for me to watch Israel; the time clock of the world.”
