Our trip to the Holy Land this year incorporates a trip to Jordan where we visit the beautiful city of Petra, with its mixture of different architectural styles reflecting its prominent position on the trade routes. Carved from out of the mountains Petra’s natural russet coloured stone shimmers by candle light on our evening excursion. We see the journey of Abraham as he crossed into Canna.
Then it’s on to Israel:
The Old Testament and the New reveal his very nature. The life of our lord Jesus Christ, his parables and miraculous miracles, the teaching of the Lord’s prayer, handed down through the ages. We read it and our lives are transformed by the word. Come and experience first-hand the real holy land. Join us, as we are pleased to announce our next pilgrimage, why not experience the land where Christianity was born. Discover the rich Jewish history, their customs and way of life that formed the world our Lord was born into. Walk in ancient Jericho, see where our lord fed the 5000 and taught the Lord‘s prayer to his disciples. Feel the history as you walk in Bethlehem and visit the church of the Nativity on the very site where our Lord was born. Then on to Nazareth where the Angel Gabriel announced to the Virgin Mary she would bear a child the Christ. Sample the beautiful sweet wine of Cana where Jesus performed his first miracle turning water into wine. These are just a few of the treasures we have in store for you. This is your chance to add an unforgettable new dimension to the living word. So, come and join us, it’s a once in a lifetime never to be forgotten spiritually fulfilling experience.

The group gelled together well and we all thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary and magnificent scenery. Everyone was surprised to realise how much Bible history had taken place there.”
