Day 1 - London / Tel Aviv
We depart on our flight from London Luton to Tel Aviv. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to our hotel in Netanya for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 - Haifa / Nazareth / Cana / Mt. Tabor
We visit Caesarea and the Roman ampitheatre and aquaduct and continue to the Nazareth Village depicting life as in the times of Jesus. We drive to Cana of Galilee where Jesus performed his first miracle by turning water into wine at a wedding feast. In the afternoon we visit Mount Tabor where our Lord was Transfigured, which we will ascend and descend by taxis before we drive via Mount Arbel where we have a wonderful view of the Sea of Galilee and then our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - Caesarea Philippi / Capernaum / The Sea of Galilee
After breakfast we visit Caesarea Philippi (Banias). We then visit the Mount of Beatitudes which commemorates our Lord’s Sermon on the Mount, Capernaum, “The Town of Jesus” where he carried out the major part of his Ministry and Messianic work and see excavations and St. Peter’s Church. Tabgha, the site where our Lord fed the 5,000 with five loaves and two fishes. Here we have a service on the lakeside. We end the day with a boat trip on the lake.
Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Tiberias.

Day 4 - Jericho / Jerusalem / Bethlehem / Shepherds’ Fields
Today we leave Galilee and visit the baptism site at Yardinet on the River Jordan where there will be the opportunity to be baptised. Our next stop will be in Jericho. View the ancient city and take the chair lift to the Mount of Temptation before we continue to the Inn Of The Good Samaritan and then drive to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and the Shepherds’ Fields.
Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

Day 5 - Mt. of Olives / Mt. Zion
After breakfast we visit Bethany where we visit Lazarus’ tomb and then continue to the Mount of Olives where we have a panoramic view over the Old City. Walk down the Palm Sunday road to the chapel of Dominus Flevit, where our Lord wept over Jerusalem. Finally descend to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations.
In the afternoon visit Mount Zion and the Upper Room, also known as the Cenacle which commemorates the Last Supper; the Dormition Abbey, and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu on the site of the house of the High Priest Caiaphas and see the Dungeon where Jesus was imprisoned.
Dinner and overnight stay at your Jerusalem hotel.

Day 6 - The Way of the Cross / Garden Tomb
This morning we shall enter the Old City and start our tour at the Crusaders’ Church of St. Anne and the Pool of Bethesda. Continue to the Tower of Antonia where Jesus was tried and the Church of the Flagellation. We visit the Western (Wailing) Wall where we will spend some time before we end the day with a visit to the Garden Tomb for a communion service.
We return to our hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 - Dead Sea / Qumran
We leave early to visit Masada and then enjoy the warm waters of the Dead Sea.
The remainder of the day is free.
Dinner and overnight at the Dead Sea.

Day 8 - Tel Aviv / London
Morning visit to Qumran before the coach takes us to Tel Aviv airport for our return flight to London Luton.

Fitness
People of all ages are welcome, but, whatever your age, we must insist on a reasonable level of fitness. A number of sites involve rough walking.

Passports, Visas and Vaccinations
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport for travel to the relevant countries and that it is valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. A visa is not required for British Passport holders visiting Israel. At the time this brochure went to press no vaccinations or inoculations are required for travel but you may wish to consult your own doctor for advice concerning this. If you have any queries regarding the above, we will be happy to help.

Further Information And Paying The Balance
Further information will be sent to you regarding any action that may be required approximately 10 weeks before departure. A final invoice will also be sent at this time and the balance for the tour must be paid at least 8 weeks before departure.

Travel Information
Full travel information, including details of meeting points, flight times, accommodation and travel information, will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before departure. Normally, tickets are not issued but are handed to you at the airport or departure point by our representative who will be there to ensure that you depart without a hitch and to deal with any last minute difficulties.

Travel Insurance

Gratuities
Our normal procedure is to deal with tips on a group basis and these are included in the price. The tour leader will distribute them to the guide, driver and hotels on your behalf. Individual tipping is not recommended unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Room Check In and Check Out Times
The standard international practice is to let rooms from midday to midday. However times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check-out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure. Therefore, if you check-in immediately after a night flight this would normally count as one night’s accommodation. Similarly if your return flight is at night you will normally be required to vacate your room at 12 noon prior to leaving for the airport. Day rooms are subject to availability/cost and should be arranged locally with the accommodation management.
