An Experience of a Lifetime to the Holy Land

Led by Archie Rowe

Wednesday 13th - Thursday 21st April 2016

Welcome! On behalf of the Somerset Mendip Circuit, I am delighted to be able to commend to you a trip we are organising to Israel in April 2016. This trip follows our highly successful recent tours to Israel in 2012 and to Jordan in 2014. I hope that you will find the itinerary for this latest trip interesting and the information in the brochure helpful. This trip offers an exciting opportunity to visit places in the Middle East that form part of our Christian heritage. Once again, we are very grateful to Archie Rowe, one of our Lay Pastoral & Community Workers, who has kindly agreed to lead this tour for us.
My prayer is that all who take part in this tour will find it an uplifting and meaningful experience.

Every Blessing.

Nick
Rev Nick Lakin, Superintendent Minister, Somerset Mendip Circuit

Hello there! I hope you will enrol for this very special Experience of a Lifetime! Israel is such an intriguing place; the land of the Bible has a rich history and cultural heritage. There are bustling modern cities and busy highways, yet one can still sense the atmosphere of ancient times in the narrow lanes of Old Jerusalem, the rolling hills of Bethlehem, the stark Judean desert and the green mountains of Galilee.
Our tours are characterised by informality and friendliness. Come and join us; share with us An Experience of a Lifetime!

Archie
