Planning your itinerary

We offer a flexible service and will assist you with planning your itinerary. You may be an experienced leader and already have an itinerary that you would like to use for your group. We are happy to offer advice and provide specimen itineraries.

Airfares and land rates

We have experience in negotiating good rates without compromising the quality. This will result in a more attractive tour price and help to "sell" your tour.

Promotion

We will assist you in advertising your tour through our holiday vacancy list, general advertising and exhibitions. Any people we add to your group will qualify towards your special concessions. Some leaders prefer a "closed" group only for members of their own church and friends. We provide a supply of attractive brochures for your tour including a welcome message from you.

Administration

Booking forms and deposits can be sent directly to Worldwide Christian Travel and are confirmed by us to individuals. We handle all the financial aspects of the pilgrimage. Before departure you will receive an information pack together with flight details, hotel contact numbers and general information.

On Tour

An important part of all our tours are devotional times. We will assist in planning Eucharist’s and giving advice on your local church services. Your guide will give you time for worship (prayers, reading, singing) at the sites. We have local agents based at all our destinations who provide a safe service, invaluable to ensuring your tour runs smoothly. A qualified guide will accompany you throughout your tour, and will give the historical aspect at the various sites.

Flights

Our flights department, with its dedicated and knowledgeable staff, will provide you with very competitive quotes. We specialise particularly in flights for missionary organisations and Christian workers.

We offer a wide range of hotels and car parking at special prices.
